WHERE TO FIND CHEAPER BOOKS

How to get books without emptying your wallet.

I love reading, just like a lot of people do, and I know that paying $25 dollars for a book you can read in 5 days is kind of ridiculous. I usually purchase all of the books I read, so I can’t just check them out from the library for free. (which is another option.) Here are some places that me and many other people have found to help us save money!

-Half Price Books. Half price books is a new and used bookstore, and most books are at least 20% off. They frequently have sales as well, which is another plus.

-Book depository. This is an online site that has millions of different books to choose from, at pretty reasonable prices. Not only that, but shipping is free!

-Book outlet. This is another website that has books for amazing prices, they even have a 50% off section with popular titles.

-Garage sales. I’ve found a lot of older, more popular books at random garage sales, and usually they’re 99 cents!

-Amazon. Now, hear me out, Amazon may not be as cheap as the sites above, but they do have some pretty nice sales, and they usually have an option for you to buy the books used.
Understandably, these places may not have the exact book you’re looking for. If you are looking for a super new release, or something that’s still pretty popular, Barnes and Noble has sales as well. Although they’re not as cheap as used books, they’re new, and frequently have “buy 2 get the 3rd free” sales. You can also get coupons online.
