Hello! My name is Sophia Christie-Smith, and I am a Senior at iUPrep. In addition to attending school, I am currently a company trainee with Avant Chamber Ballet. I also enjoy traveling, and I am fortunate to have been invited to some amazing places for my ballet training such as the Royal Ballet School in London and American Ballet Theatre School in New York. Creative writing is another passion of mine, and in Summer 2025, I was accepted to the Yale Young Writers Workshop. It was an amazing opportunity to spend part of my summer at Yale University with so many talented writers. I also volunteer in my community at The Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum and Mission Arlington. Finally, I sincerely enjoyed working with everyone at iHoot last year, and I’m looking forward to another great year.
