Many of my friends and family know my love for Jack Nicholson. He is, by far, my favorite actor of all time. When I heard of his retirement I was sad, but not shocked at all. He is old now and I am sure cannot do any more movies.

One of my all time favorite movies with him is One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest. It is a masterpiece in my opinion and I urge everyone to watch it. His acting in that movie was phenomenal. He was in many great movies during his time as an actor, many of which are classics. He had a unique style to his acting that I always admired. Another great movie he was in was The Departed. Most people only know him for his roles in The Shining and his role as the Joker in Batman. I really would encourage people to watch some other movies of him because he really was a well-rounded actor.

While although he retiring this gives a great excuse to watch some of my favorite movies with him in them. He is a beyond talented actor and will be remembered for his works for many years to come.
