Here are some good effects that comes with having good leadership in teens!

Many teens, on their own, find their way to leadership from a young age. Whether this is being a part of student council at their schools or leading a club or social group, teens today are loving being leaders.

Teens involved in leading in groups or social services are growing up around successful people and are more likely to have good friend groups. They are doing more for others, rather than themselves, and this sets them up to be better people and be around better people when they become adults. They will also have more confidence in what they love to do because they will have practiced, most likely, helping others grow as well as themselves.

Being a good leader as a teen is also really great practice for future jobs. A huge quality that many employers look for is good leadership! For example, I applied to many jobs when I turned 16, and I got job offers from the places that interviewed me and saw that I had good leadership. One of the employers actually talked to me about how many places look for that quality in an associate because it means they are reliable.

Lastly, a great effect of being a good leader as a teen is responsibility. To be a successful adult, you must be responsible. Leading groups of people means that you are responsible for them, and teaches a teen how to manage their priorities. Leadership only sets an adult up for one thing in life: success!
