Jared Goff makes a pass against the Green Bay Packers.

The Los Angeles Rams clinched a berth in Super Bowl LIII from their win in the NFC Championship in a close matchup against the New Orleans Saints. The Rams were able to steal the win over the Saints with a last second 57-yard field goal in overtime. The Rams came back from a 13 – 10 deficit at the end of the first half and won 26 – 23. While many fans believe that the Rams were handed the win due to a blown call, they still executed in an amazing fashion and were able to win the game.

The Rams and the Patriots are playing each other in Super Bowl LIII, and both have many key players that will be essential to the game. The Rams have Jared Goff, C.J. Anderson, Aaron Donald, and Todd Gurley II. The Patriots have Tom Brady, Sony Michel, and Rob Gronkowski. All of these players will likely be a major part of the game. As Todd Gurley II and C.J. Anderson have gotten 292 rushing yards in the past two games (Cowboys @ Rams and Rams @ Saints) combined, they will come to show that they are worthy of winning the big game. The Rams have a high flying offense and are very capable of beating the Patriots. The Patriots have much more playoff experience, unlike the young players of the Rams. When the Rams are firing on all cylinders, though, it is very difficult to cool them down, which is going to be the main struggle for the Patriots. I believe the Rams are entering the game with a lot of confidence and they aren’t making it easy for the Patriots. The Patriots have a lot of experience in these situations though, as they are aiming to get their sixth Super Bowl win, wins which have all been won with Tom Brady and Bill Belichick (XXXVI, XXXVIII, XXXIX, XLIX, LI). The Super Bowl will most likely be high scoring and closely contested throughout the whole game.

The Rams and Patriots are going to have to duke it out in the final game of the season to see who will be crowned champion. It will most likely be high scoring, closely contested and exciting game to watch.
