A FISHERMAN

A poem of the sea
A+FISHERMAN
Made on Canva

The sea, a

vast and magical place full

 of endless wonders and delights.

And in the midst

of this there was a

young man.

A young

fisherman

to be exact.

With blue eyes that

sparkled with secrets

and pondering tales

and an edge of ferociousness

to tie his adventures together.

He spoke of creatures that

                                       no                                          one

had heard of.

Whispered of places

far far away.

Stories of fish that           l         e        a           p        e         d

over the sky.

Of turtles that swam on

currents of flowers.

And dolphins that walked

alongside the sun

He had endless accounts of animals he had

drawn from the depths of the ocean.

No beast in the waters he could not capture.

He brought none home.

They belonged where they existed, he said.

But one day

he

vanished.

never                                                                                         seen                                                                                         again.

A new ember shone bright among the stars that night.
