DeWayne Harris muffed punt vs. Minnesota

A lot of action happened here in week 4 of the NFL season, from a record performance to a bunch of close games around the NFL.  Here is a recap of week 4.

Julio Jones lit up the Georgia Dome on Sunday, making 12 catches for an astonishing 300 yards.  QB Matt Ryan passed for 503 yards, completing 28 of his 37 passes in the Falcons 48-33 win over the Panthers.  The Falcons are 4-0 and Matt Ryan looks to be a strong MVP candidate.

The Dallas Cowboys defeated the San Francisco 49ers 24-17 in San Francisco.  The biggest story out of that game was in the pregame, when a fan threw a helmet at Jerry Jones for him to autograph, but hit Jones in the head.  Dak Prescott passed for 245 yards and two touchdowns.  “This is a great team,” Prescott said.  “I think the win just shows the character.  We had more guys go down last week and guys had to step in.  They got the job done.  I guess the theme I guess you could say is if somebody goes down, just step up and do your job, and we’ve done a good job.”  Ezekiel Elliott ran for 138 yards and a touchdown to help the Cowboys.

The Minnesota Vikings beat the New York Giants 24-10 as Sam Bradford passed for 262 yards and one touchdown, and Jerrick McKinnon and Matt Asiata combined for 104 rushing yards and two touchdowns.  Maybe the biggest play of the game happened early, when DeWayne Harris muffed a punt and Minnesota recovered it.  Minnesota limited Odell Beckham Jr. to only 23 yards, a career low.
