It’s almost winter time; it’s the season to put on your coats, boats, gloves, and scarfs. Even though it gets really cold, do you really expect snow? No, no you don’t, but who would in Texas? So if we are blessed enough to have snow this year, we would not know how to enjoy it. But, that’s what I am here for; I am here to show you step by step how to have fun in the snow.

Option 1:  Snow Ball Fight

The classic snow ball fight is always a go to game to play in the snow. But you just don’t play with one, or two players, you get the whole neighborhood involved. So everyone can have a good time together, and the more the merrier, don’t forget.

Option 2: Sliding Down Hill

Sliding Down hill is a very fun snow game, but it is not a game to be played on your average snow day. On the special occasions where there is inches of inches full of snow. You can take a tire, box, a sled, anything with a flat surface, for riding downhill. Now all you need is a park nearby, with a huge hill. Not all parks have hills, but there has to be somewhere nearby, with an available hill.

Option 3: Snow Angel

Making a snow angel in the snow, is fun for the whole family; kids, mom, dad, but just don’t expect for your grandparents to lie on the ground. This game doesn’t last very long, but what’s a nice snow day without a snow angel?

Option 4: Snow Man

Making a snow man is the best game you can play on a nice snow day. Every snow man can be different. You can make how many snow mans you want, and you can determine how your snow man looks. You can make your snow man; short, tall, fat, skinny, curvy, a male, a female, s buttoned nose, a carrot for a nose, etc. And if you want a little competition, at the end of the game, you can bring in a judge to judge which snow man looks the best, but in-order to compete there must be more than one player. So you can play snow games how you want to, but I hope when snow comes to Texas, we all consider these ideas.
