Alright, Owls!! STAAR is over for most of us!!! But…Have you thanked your teachers yet? Our teachers here at iUniversity do a lot for us to make sure we pass the STAAR and all of our assignments. I’ve sent out web-mails thanking each and every one of my teachers for all of their help, and I think that you should, too. After all, where would we be without them? Probably failing and nursing a job at a local fast food place. Don’t hesitate! Thank your teachers! I’ve been in a school where my teachers didn’t help the students, and it’s awesome being in a school like iUniversity! Our teachers just need to know that we appreciate them and appreciate all the help they give.

It’s not often that teachers hear the words, “Thank you,” and they deserve to, because not only that, if you can read this, a teacher put hours upon hours of hard work into teaching you how to read and write. If you can type, then a teacher put hours into teaching you. If you can do simple math problems,  then a teacher stopped at nothing to teach you no matter how frustrated you got and how frustrated your teacher got.

Reasons why teachers are amazing:

2. 7 out of 10 teachers (68%) say that working with kids is the reason that they teach.
3. Teachers are NOT afraid to be the bad guy.

5. THEY CARE WHETHER YOU PASS OR FAIL!

Now, with this in mind, you should definitely go thank your teachers! Who knows where we would be without them?!
