We all know that Paris is the capital of France, the global standard for art, fashion, and more.  Of course, there is the iconic Eiffel tower as well and designer boutiques on every corner.  This we know already; however, there are some lesser-known facts about Paris that might surprise you.

Oddly enough, Paris only has one stop light in the whole city–interesting for such a modern city.  Also, there are more dogs than children in Paris.  It seems almost everyone in Paris is a dog-lover.  Paris even has a law that no building can be over six stories tall so that the city always has ample sunshine.  No wonder it is considered the city of love!  Paris even has its own Disneyland with entirely different rides and different themes than the ones in the U.S.

Finally, we have yet another reason to visit this amazing city.  Paris is full of Pokémon.  If you have not found a Chansey or Evee with Pokémon go, book a flight immediately to this city of intrigue.
