Zombies, Vampires, Ghosts, do you believe in them? If you said no then Fred, Bobby, and Lisa are offended! Let’s meet the monsters! Bobby is a Zombie. He enjoys chess and affordable grocery shopping. He sleeps in the morning and awakens in the night along with his long time pal Fred! Fred is not your normal ghost, he enjoys to ghost tan (getting whiter) and eating ravioli because according to him he has an Italian spirit. His friends call him a swiffer because anything he flies by sticks on him. Then there is Lisa, she is a kind free hearted vampire. She enjoys pineapple juice and eating pineapples. Most days she enjoys swimming in the swamp alongside her dragon – human husband Eric, but she  only swims on her floaty pineapple. Now her husband is a bit of a wild fire! He doesn’t  like the taste of fire and rarely opens his mouth because he blows out fire! Aside from that he likes to drink water and torment his graveyard bunk buddy Louis who is a giant spider that loves to sleep and stretch his long 8 limbs. Now you may be wondering, is that all the monsters? Is there a king and a queen? Can we learn more about them? To answer all of these questions, No, Yes, and Yes! If I told you all of the monsters that live there we would be in the grave by the time I finished. But I will tell you 7 more! Anna, Ricardo, Veronica, Elena, Peter, Kendrick, and Peppa! Let’s talk about Anna, she is a Witch with a strong passion for the theatrical arts and selling ghoul scream to the other monsters. She is a mother of 3 but they are all grown up now and on this list! (Elena, Kendrick, and Peter)! Elena is a mummy and let’s just say is wrapped up with problems. Her dog Otto went to the other graveyard and won’t come back. She also just got fired from her job working at the grave depot and now has to work in the immortal eleven which she hates doing. Outside of her job she enjoys taking nice midnight strolls and doing her hair and makeup. Kendrick is a Frankenstein Monster who is a doctor in the Urgent Care. He stitches up a lot of monsters’ wounds from getting out the grave and saves many monsters’ lives when they get hit by a passing car. He is originally from Section C Row 42 in the Graveyard but has moved over to Section D Row 30 so that he can be closer to his mom, siblings, and work. Peter is a Werewolf but deep inside he knows that he is probably a chicken and you want to know how, because recently when he tried to howl a COCK-A-DOODLE-DOO came out and everybody heard it. He enjoys baking and often bakes ghoulishly good cakes and donuts. Unlike his siblings he is a very vocal monster. Next up is Veronica. She is a gargoyle but unlike the superstitions she is very flexible and can bend backwards and do the splits! She never leaves the top of her headstone unless she has to because everybody can look at her and be very impressed by everything she can do. When she does leave the headstone she likes to eat paint and heal patients alongside Kendrick. Her favorite flavor of paint is Purple with a hint of green. Ricardo is an Ogre and he enjoys gaming and working at a lab in the grave central where the cool monsters live. Somedays he likes to do hot yoga and some he likes to do pilates but none of his cool ogre friends know that or else he would be ghosted.Last but not least is Peppa and she is a glob! She likes to go to tea parties and wear big hats. Most of the time all she says is, “Glerb Blurb Curd Reajfksdf” but everybody understands her. She is a florist but it takes her a long time to prepare the bouquets since she has no arms and has to prepare them with her mouth. Now it is time to get to the good part. King Skeleton Sam and Queen Skeleton Sally have arranged for the graveyard to have a musical and all of these characters are in it. The play is about Mother Boo, a strict mom who won’t let all of her kids Cas, Glimmer, and Spookley go to prom! Now I am not going to tell you the end because that will ruin the surprise but it is going to be good. The parts for all of these friendly ghouls are going to be Anna (Spookley), Lisa (Glimmer), and Elena (Cas): The sisters who can’t go to prom! Mother Boo: Veronica, Father Gus: Peter, Aunt Aurora: Peppa, The Prom Dates: Ricardo (Gloop), Bobby (Oozie), and Fred (Splat),  The Bully: Kendrick (Bolt). After weeks and weeks of practicing it was time for the big performance!  Elena was wrapped in shambles of fear, Anna was casting spells to build her confidence, Bobby kept wanted to crawl back to his grave, Fred kept on saying, “Mamma Mia!”,Lisa needed her pineapple juice, Peppa kept on thinking, “ Aaaaaagfvfaaaaaah!”Peter was freaking out but trying not to act chicken, Veronica was stretching hard, Ricardo was thinking how thinking how he wanted to go back to his PS5, and finally Kendrick was thinking that he just might have to call a code blue because he felt like he was going to die all over again. Finally the curtain goes up and they start singing. The girls are crying, singing how unfair they can’t go to prom with their dates and trying to come up with a plan to sneak out the night of the prom. You see, they were always so obedient and never did anything fun for themselves. Finally they thought about how it was their senior year and didn’t want to listen to their mom anymore. They sang and talked for the next two hours and poured everything into their performance. Finally for the last scene they were going to sneak out of the window and meet the love of their lives and prom dates Gloop, Oozie, and Splat. They had made it and they looked ghoulisly fantastic! They danced the night away and got to spend the best night of their lives without their mom telling them that they are making bad decisions. But you may think it ends there, no! They got home peacefully and never got yelled at! But their bully had recorded them at prom  and posted it. Their mom yelled at them and told them they couldn’t leave the house and they had to go from school all the way back home, no stopping! Thankfully the aunt was there to save it all she took credit and said that she let them go. Since an adult figure had given them permission she was fine with it and they got to live their story happily ever after. The audience roared to their feet and everybody applauded, all the doubts and fears of every monster cleared away and they finally felt happy for themselves! That night they lay in their graves thinking about the glory they had felt that day and the happiness that they got to immortally live another one. They all lived happily after immortality. THE END
