Hello everyone! My name is Alessandra Gonzalez and I am an eleventh-grader at iUniversity Prep. This will be my 5th year attending online school. I love to write articles and be a part of the journalism community. I am so grateful to say that I am an iHoot staff member this year. I am the Photo/Graphics editor of the 2021-22 iHoot newspaper. I got started in journalism when I took a course in iUniversity prep during my eighth-grade year. I have always loved writing after that class! Before my junior year of high school, I decided to join the iHoot newspaper to further expand my journalism skills. Besides journalism, I love to dance, read, and take photographs. I have been dancing since I was 6 years old. It has been a very large part of my life since I was younger, I couldn’t imagine myself without dance! I am looking forward to an OWLsome year with iHoot!
